The Beef comes from Fairfields in Napier, it is a satellite farm for Greenfields Farm (KZN) and they farm under the same protocol. It is grass fed and no growth hormones or feed antibiotics are given.
The Pork comes from Oakvalley Farm in Elgin, the pigs forage freely in large open paddocks and live on an acorn diet and foraging regime, which is key to both the texture and the rich flavours of our pork.
The Chicken is from Hillside Farm in Laingsburg farmed by Peter Lottering. He is very passionate about his birds and Ryan shares his commitment to working hard on improving the level of quality in the poultry industry. The chicken is free range and free from growth hormones and antibiotics.
The Lamb comes straight from the Karoo and is free roaming on indigenous Karoo veld - they are part of a 'certified karoo meat of origin' system, which allows the product to be traced directly back to the farm.
The Venison comes from Buffelshoek Safari (family-run, owned by Johann and Annebe Schoeman) in the Eastern Cape. They are the only certified and registered venison abattoirs in the country.
