Use in a multitude of dishes or on its own, they are great in soups, curries, stews and salads. Boiling down lentils until they are mushy is a good way to thicken soups and sauces.

Cooking Instructions: No pre-soaking required. Prior to cooking, rinse lentils. Add 1 part Lentils to 3 parts water, gently simmer in water for 30 minutes (15 minutes in a pressure cooker).
