Hi everyone

Just an update on the lockdown situation... we are certified to trade as an essential service.

We have had a numerous increase in orders and are working around the clock to get them to you.

We are also inundated with emails and calls; we will respond to everyone as soon as we possibly can, but do ask for your patience here.

Below is more info on the ordering process:

 

How ordering works:

The weekly ordering cycle will start every Tuesday morning and all orders processed will be delivered the next week. It remains a weekly pre-order system; nothing can be dispatched the same week. However, as soon as we have reached our weekly order limit, the site will automatically close and only re-open the next Tuesday.

The orders will be delivered in the following week on either Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

You will receive an email on a Monday informing you of which day of the week your goods will be delivered.

FAQ’s

How much is your delivery fee?

The delivery fee is R45.00 per order and no charge if the order is R650.00 or more.

Which day will you deliver my goods?

Your delivery day depends on your address. We deliver to various suburbs each day to minimise fuel and to efficiently manage our routes. You will receive an email on Monday, letting you know which day your goods will arrive.

Can you guarantee a timeslot for the day of delivery?

As much as we would like to, we can’t provide an accurate timeslot for the delivery.  The orders are packed throughout the day and delivered between 9:00am - 6:00pm. We can only provide a rough idea but in these turbulent times there could be delays.

Something was missing from my order, what do I do?

We, along with our suppliers are working around the clock to provide groceries to our customers. Should produce / stock become unavailable at the last minute, we will credit your account to record it. Should you prefer an EFT refund instead there will be details in the same email notification that you receive. 

How do I pay for my order?

We offer multiple online payment options. During checkout you will be able to select which one you’d prefer. Please note that your payment secures your order, if we do not receive payment, the order will not be dispatched. We need to receive payment or proof of payment after the order is placed. If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, no late orders can be accepted after the site closes.

Will collection points be available?

At this stage we will only be doing home deliveries. Collections from our kitchen in Tygervalley are also on pause.

Can we change / edit our order once it is placed?

We will do our best to fulfil changes and edits, however these would need to be sent to us via email before Sunday morning @ 10am.
